Some of our FAQ's
What are our normal working hours?
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. During these hours, our team is available for scheduled plumbing, drainage, and backflow work, as well as office enquiries and bookings. If you have an urgent plumbing issue outside of these hours, please get in touch and we'll let you know if an after-hours callout is available.
When does our billable time start?
Our billable time starts once our tradesperson is en route to your home, job site, or to collect necessary materials for your job. If they’re leaving directly from our workshop, time starts from their departure. For after-hours callouts, the clock begins when our on-call technician leaves their home.
When does our billable time end?
We stop billing as soon as the work at your site is complete and any required paperwork has been finalised. In situations where we need to return materials or equipment to our workshop or supplier, time will end once that task is done. For after-hours work, billing concludes once the on-call staff member has returned home.
How can i keep costs down?
Clear communication is key. Providing a detailed description—and photos, if possible—of the issue allows us to send the right team member with the right tools. This helps us fix the issue faster and more efficiently. You can reach us via email, text, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram—whichever works best for you.
How do your charges work?
We have a one-hour minimum charge, which covers the aspects mentioned above. If the job runs longer than an hour, we bill in 15-minute increments after that. The first hour includes our vehicle charge, and all time is billed at our standard hourly rate based on the work completed.

How do i get a quote?
We’re happy to pop by to discuss your project or review your plans. For smaller jobs under $500 + GST, we generally work on a charge-up basis. For larger jobs—like hot water cylinder replacements, renovations, or new builds—we’ll provide a detailed quote.
